When will I receive my PDF order?
All patterns are emailed to your email address associated with your Paypal account within 24 hours of cleared payment. If you have not received your order, please check your spam or bulk mail folders. If you still do not find it, or have questions, please email us at wholegrainbaby@yahoo.com.
I am ordering an item that needs to be shipped. How do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship domestically (US) using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You should receive your order within 2-5 business days. We ship internationally using standard USPS first class mail. Please inquire about accurate shipping rates for your country prior to purchasing.
We combine shipping! If you are ordering more than one item (or more than 1 unit of fabric) please ask about combining your shipping total!
I love your patterns, but I don't sew. Can you create a custom order for me?
Absolutely! We can make anything you see in the shop, either a garment or a pattern for a garment. And if you had something slightly different in mind, let us know! We'll be happy to work with you. Current turnaround time for custom orders is: 2 weeks.
